Jessica Cox is a remarkable woman

who has overcome many challenges in her life to become an inspiration to others. Born without arms, Cox has learned to use her feet for everyday tasks and has even become a certified pilot and black belt in  taekwondo .

Cox grew up in Arizona and was raised by her parents, who encouraged her to lead a normal life and not let her physical disability hold her back. She attended public schools and participated in sports and other activities, learning to adapt and use her feet for tasks such as writing and brushing her teeth.

Despite the challenges she faced, Cox excelled in school and went on to earn a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Arizona. She then pursued her passion for martial arts, earning a black belt in  taekwondo  and teaching self-defense classes to others.

But Cox's biggest accomplishment came in 2008 when she became the first person without arms to earn a pilot's license. She accomplished this feat using a specially-designed airplane with foot pedals and controls.
